Dina Zook Howell

     With degrees in science, reading, and special education, Dena has a deep understanding of the classroom. She served as classroom and special education teacher before pursuing her interest in full-time coaching. This has allowed her to help teachers use standards and data to plan instruction and schools to design, develop, and implement coaching structures that provide both catalyst and capacity for instructional change.

In addition, Dena designed and provided professional development workshops for the Institute for Learning, University of Pittsburgh; the Maryland Department of Education; and the U.S. Department of Education.
