![]() Donna Snodgrass Donna Snodgrass, Ph.D., engages her passion for professional development, in part, by offering workshops in changing “Data to Information” and “Developing High Quality Assessment Instruments”. She presently oversees classroom assessment and a Web based standards item bank for the Cleveland Municipal School District. During the 13 years prior to working for Cleveland, she directed all of the group testing, research and the student databases for a suburban school district. Over the past 27 years she has taught courses in Educational Research, Instructional Design, Child Development, and Educational Psychology for Cleveland State University and John Carroll University. Donna received the Phi Delta Kappa Distinguished Educator Award in 2001 in recognition of her significant contributions to the promotion of public education through research, service and leadership. She is an invited member of the Align to Achieve National Standards Board out of Cambridge, Massachusetts. She has authored a variety of journal articles and spoken at national and regional conferences on action research projects she has directed. Donna received her Ph.D. in Special Education and Measurement and Evaluation in 1982 from Kent State University. |
