Theresa Hinkle

Theresa, certified by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards in the area of Early Adolescent English/Language Arts, also holds certifications in Social Studies, Gifted Education and Reading.

Theresa has held a variety of teaching positions in her 21 years of teaching, most recently as a member of a three-teacher interdisciplinary team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This school is recognized as a School of Excellence by the State of North Carolina.

She has shared her experience and knowledge through numerous inservice workshops across North Carolina and in Virginia, South Carolina, West Virginia, New York and Tennessee. She has spoken at numerous regional, state, and national conferences. The United States Department of Education, recognizing her professional and personal skills, selected Theresa to participate as a trainer in their Teacher-to-Teacher Workshops, held in various cities across the county each summer.
