Robin is a 31-year veteran of Montgomery County, MD, public schools. She holds an M.S. degree in math education from McDaniel College and a B.S degree in education from the University of Maryland. She taught for 12 years before becoming a school-based math specialist. In this role, she was the facilitator of a four-year, highly success Singapore Math pilot school. During that time, the schools’ standardized test scores increased by more than 30 points. She is an author of math texts, software, and supplemental materials for publishers such as McGraw-Hill, Larson Learning, and Kagan.
