Systems and Structures

Good principals and good teachers can fail when they are caught in a system that undermines their efforts. In our current environment of limited funding and additional responsibilities it is tough to structure resources to meet all needs. We can help by:

  • Developing schedules that give struggling students extra time in core subjects, excelling students more opportunities for growth, and teachers much-needed collaboration time;
  • Untangling regulations so funds can be allocated to areas of greatest need; and
  • Aligning all school resources — time, talent, funds, materials, energy — to meet school goals.
